How To Use

• Dial 1~2mm length of pencil tip and gently fill in the sparse area
• If you want to create more defined, bolder line, use liquid pen type to apply 2nd coat on the outer corner of the eyes or the area you want to emphasize
• For best result, please wait 10~20 seconds to let the formula thoroughly dry out to prevent smearing
